The uP6638 includes 6 synchronous rectified buck converters, 15 linear regulators, and 1 battery Fuel gauge. With internal low RDS(ON) switches, the buck converters are capable of delivering various levels of output current over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V. Fixed 3MHz PWM operation allows possible smallest output ripple and external component size.
